Nexus Newco B.V. chooses the Netherlands as home member state

On 3 June 2025, Nexus Newco B.V.’s (the “Company”) EUR 250,000,000 senior secured callable floating rate bonds were admitted to trading on the corporate bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm. Pursuant to the Transparency Directive (2004/109/EC), as amended by Directive 2013/50/EU, the Swedish Securities Market Act (2007:528) (Sw. lagen (2007:528) om värdepappersmarknaden) and the Dutch Financial Supervision Act (Wet op het financieel toezicht), the Company has chosen the Netherlands as its home member state (Sw. hemmedlemsstat).
The Company has notified the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finansinspektionen) and the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (Autoriteit Financiële Markten) of its choice of home member state.
